Drone Repair and Tech Ticket

We are here to help you with any drone issues you may encounter!

Once you buy this ticket for $5 and provide your information (email required) we will reach out to you and see what we can do to help! If it is something that requires the drone to be shipped to us the customer will cover the cost of shipping and the cost of the component.

If the drone must be shipped to us for repair, we will repair it, provide proof of drone operation, and then ship it out once payment is complete!

If a component is smoked or damaged during the repair we will cover the cost of replacement! However any damage done after the item is shipped and proof of the drone's operation has been shown we then are no longer liable for any damage caused!
